3. Legal Standing: Data Fiduciary vs. Data Processor

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, your coaching institution acts as the Data Fiduciary, maintaining full legal ownership over all student directories.Sancharooperates strictly as a secure Data Processor, managing database systems solely according to your explicit platform instructions.

4. Student Privacy Protection and Guardian Consent

Because coaching center databases safely log information belonging to students under the age of 18, the subscribing center confirms that it has verified proper parent or guardian consent prior to entering this student records profile data into our platform.

5. Data Security & Storage Isolation

All data connections utilize robust encryption protocols, implementing Transport Layer Security (TLS) for information in-transit and AES-256 standard encryption for files stored at rest. Our infrastructure enforces clear partition boundaries to ensure that your student databases remain isolated and entirely inaccessible to any other accounts.

6. Data Retention Policies

Active institute records remain stored safely for the complete operational lifecycle of your active software subscription. Upon account cancellation or subscription termination, student database parameters are completely removed within ninety (90) days, except where historical records are legally required for tax or tax auditing mandates.

7. Statutory Rights of Users

Under local privacy regulations, individuals possess the clear right to request access to, edit, update, or entirely delete their active personal database profiles inside your portal. Valid correction requests may be processed directly through your custom administration dashboard settings panel.
