Important Notice: Registering an account or continuing to access the Sancharo platform indicates your absolute agreement to these conditions. If your administration does not agree with these provisions, please discontinue platform usage immediately.

1. About Sancharo & Provided Services

sancharo provides a secure, cloud-hosted coaching center management platform developed and operated as a sole proprietorship firm in India. The platform is built to assist educational organizations with student records tracking, fee ledger management, automated attendance logging, and clear reporting dashboards.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility Standards

By creating an account or using our platform tools, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, hold authorized legal rights to enter commercial agreements on behalf of your coaching institution, and guarantee compliance with all local and national educational guidelines.

3. Account Security & User Obligations

Subscribers maintain full responsibility for securing their account passwords, administrative access controls, and platform sessions.Sancharodoes not assume legal liability for account breaches, unauthorized access, or data issues resulting from credential negligence or external device compromises.

4. Subscription Billing, Fees & Taxation

  • • All service fees are invoiced in advance of your selected billing cycle tier framework.
  • • Invoiced balances are subject to mandatory standard Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% for software services.
  • • Failure to clear standard invoices within scheduled grace limits will cause temporary account suspension.
  • • Advanced clearance payments are non-refundable except where explicitly outlined within an enterprise contract agreement.

5. Compliance Rules & Prohibited Content

Prohibited Use Directives (IT Act Compliance)

Pursuant to the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, you are strictly prohibited from hosting, uploading, or distributing content that:

  • • Infringes on any patent, trademark, or proprietary copyright.
  • • Contains computer viruses or harmful tracking code components.
  • • Violates the privacy rights of students, parents, or third parties.
  • • Attempts unauthorized penetration testing or software reverse-engineering.

6. Limitation of Platform Liability

sancharo's collective financial liability under any legal claim shall never exceed the exact subscription amounts paid by the client in the three (3) active usage months immediately preceding the dispute event. We exclude all legal liability for indirect service interruptions, payment gateway settlement delays, or temporary cloud downtime.

7. Official Grievance Redressal Officer

To maintain compliance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, any complaints regarding content inaccuracies, account safety issues, or unauthorized access must be routed directly to our Grievance Officer: Rishabh Singh (Founder), via email address: grievance@sancharo.in.
8. Access Termination

Sancharoretains full right to deactivate profile access or restrict system connections upon verified data manipulation, safety violations, or ongoing payment invoice collection defaults.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any litigation, legal actions, or settlement claims relating to platform usage shall be filed exclusively inside the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
